Charles J. (Jim) Seltzer: President and CEO

The founder of InterMark, Inc., Jim has been the designer and developer of InterMark’s unique marketing concepts and capabilities and has been the creative force behind the company’s success.  Jim has more than 30 years of management, sales, marketing and training experience.  A decorated US Air Force pilot, Jim had a successful career in sales and management with Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and Chesebrough-Ponds, progressing to national manager level. 

In 1979, he pioneered the idea of using TV-style game shows to reinforce business knowledge, improve teambuilding and provide interactive entertainment for large group meetings, product launches, conventions, trade shows and special events.  Since then, Jim and QuizMaster Productions have designed and presented thousands of customized game shows, contests, competitions and incentive programs.  QuizMaster has become the country’s leading independent producer of custom-designed, business-oriented, TV-style game shows and quiz competitions.  On the other side of their house, InterMark's Meeting Concepts group manages top-level meetings, conferences, trade show programs and audiovisual productions for clients in a wide range of industries and for events of all sizes. 

Jim is a nationally recognized authority on participative group learning and interactive business reinforcement. and the use of business-oriented quiz competitions and interactive learning events.  He is now directing a large portion of his considerable expertise and creative talents to developing InterMark's new PrizeRoom.com enterprise into a major marketing and promotions resource for online marketers.  PrizeRoom will use the medium of free casual "Games With Prizes" to create new, dynamic interactions between game contestants and sponsors (product marketers). 

John W. Ketchersid: Chief Technology Officer

John is a veteran of several technology and internet start-ups and is a recognized expert in systems design, implementation and analysis.  Most recently, John was president and CTO of DarkStar Networks, an independent internet security and breech analysis consulting firm.  He was formerly CTO for CET Networks and VetExchange and was Senior Network Architect for Atlanta’s eHatchery (all were start-up companies).  Prior to that, John spent three years as the Special Technology Projects Manager for the hugely successful Autotrader.com, which today is the world’s largest automotive web presence.  John is responsible for procuring all technology and internet access systems, servers, computer equipment and peripherals to be used by PrizeRoom.  In addition, he will design, engineer, program and administer the Company’s ongoing data management and tracking systems and manage the organization’s IT and technical staff.   

James W. (Schlotz) Schlotzhauer: Vice President - Internet Services

A former executive with IBM, Schlotz has more than 35 years experience in software development and business process management.  At IBM, he was responsible for the development of some of the largest software application products ever offered to the business community (ProductManager; CCOP).  He has been instrumental in developing the functional aspects of PrizeRoom’s prototypes and test products.  Schlotz has had hands-on experience working with QuizMaster and InterMark over the last ten years and will be responsible for implementing and managing the technology and systems behind PrizeRoom’s sponsor services and administration processes.

Robert Sherman: Director – Quizland Program Development

Robert has been a consulting program developer and internet researcher for InterMark.  He has more than 35 years experience as a Producer, Director, and Consultant to the television industry and was the creator, writer and/or Executive Producer of numerous, well-known TV game shows.  Robert is an expert in online game and contest technologies, is the principle designer of Quizland.com and also manages its daily operations.  Quizland was the first free game and quiz entertainment sites on the web and features a wide array of non-business-related “trivia” quizzes, puzzles, games and fun formats.  For more than six years, Quizland.com has been used as a “beta test” site for many of the game formats to be used at PrizeRoom. 

Amy M. Ghiglieri: Marketing Manager

Amy is a graduate of Grove City College, Grove City, PA with a BS degree in Business Communication.  She joined InterMark in 2004 and has been working primarily in the QuizMaster Productions area.  She has been responsible for several successful advertising, PR and promotion efforts for QuizMaster, but will shift mouc of her energies and talent to PrizeRoom.com as the site and business launch proceeds.
